Boots is the fourth release by San Francisco-based singer/songwriter Noe Venable, who is known for fusing her unique voice with combinations of folk, pop, country and jazz. Ani fans may be familiar with Noe as she opened for the Little Folksinger on most of her January 2004 tour.
