The proceeds of this two disc compilation will be "distributed by the GASCD Company to help promote awareness of the social and environmental impact of corporate globalization. Funds generated will assist activists and organizations whi are doin this important work, often in the face of severe repression," reads the back of the GASCD album.

This compilation includes many different artists including: Ani DiFranco, The Tragically Hip, Propagandhi, Barenaked Ladies, DJ Serious, and many more.
